Request Access to RankShield Robotics: Secure and Verify Your Robot Fleet

RankShield Robotics is a new pillar of the RankShield Network, available in early access. We deploy per-robot identity, a pre-actuation authorization gate, and verifiable action provenance on a bounded set of your robots in weeks, then expand across the fleet. If autonomous machines act on your behalf, let's talk.

Key takeaways

How do I get started with RankShield Robotics?

Email the team and we schedule a scoping call. Send a note to hello@seoeliteagency.com with your robot types, roughly how many are in the fleet, and what they do. We use that to design a focused pilot: which robots to enroll first, which high-consequence actions to put behind the authorization gate, and what evidence you need to produce for auditors or insurers.

Early access is deliberately hands-on. Rather than hand you a download, we work with your engineers to integrate the attestation layer above your existing stack, validate it on real robots, and measure the result. That keeps the first deployment small, reversible, and honest about what works before anything scales.

What deployment options are available?

There are two shapes, chosen by who you are. Robot makers embed RankShield so security ships with the product; operators deploy it as a trust plane over robots they did not build.

  • Embeddable SDK (for OEMs). Per-robot identity and the authorization gate are built into the robot at manufacture, so every unit ships attested and secure-by-design. See security for robot OEMs.
  • Fleet trust plane (for operators). One vendor-neutral identity and policy layer across a mixed-vendor fleet, issuing identities and enforcing authorization without replacing any robot's stack. See fleet operator security.

Both use the same core: per-robot identity, the deny-by-default gate, and tamper-evident provenance. RankShield layers above ROS 2, SROS2, and DDS and complements any detection tooling you already run.

How is RankShield priced for fleets and OEMs?

Pricing is tailored to fleet size and deployment shape, and quoted after a short scoping conversation. An OEM embedding attestation into a product line has different economics than an operator securing a few hundred robots across vendors, so a single list price would be misleading. We would rather understand your fleet and give you an honest number than publish one that does not fit.

What we can say plainly: the pilot is scoped to be small and low-risk, and the value is measured (fewer unauthorized actions, faster incident reconstruction, and audit-ready evidence). Reach out and we will walk through the model for your case.

How long does deployment take?

A first pilot typically runs in weeks, not quarters. Because RankShield is an overlay that consumes command and telemetry streams rather than a replacement for your controller, integration is bounded: enroll identities on a set of robots, place the gate in front of the high-consequence actions you choose, and start streaming action receipts to the transparency log.

The exact timeline depends on how your robots expose their command interfaces and how many action types you want to gate on day one. We keep the initial scope tight on purpose so you see a working, verifiable result quickly, then widen coverage from there.

Do you support a pilot or proof of concept?

Yes, the pilot is the standard way to start. It puts identity, the authorization gate, and provenance on a bounded set of robots and produces a concrete deliverable: a compliance-evidence report showing attested identities, authorized-versus-denied actions, and verifiable receipts you can hand to an auditor, regulator, or insurer.

That deliverable is the point. Instead of a slide deck, you get evidence generated by your own robots that maps to the requirements arriving in ISO 10218:2025, the EU Machinery Regulation, and IEC 62443. If it does not prove out on your robots, you have lost weeks, not a program.

What do you need from us to begin?

Three things, and none of them are heavy. First, your robot models and roughly how many are in scope. Second, how each robot receives commands (the interface the authorization gate will sit in front of). Third, the target robots and actions for the pilot, and any specific compliance evidence you need to produce.

With that, we design the pilot, agree the scope, and get started. Send it to hello@seoeliteagency.com and we will take it from there. RankShield Robotics is in early development, and capabilities are labeled live versus in development across this site, so you always know what is shipping today.

Frequently asked questions

Is RankShield Robotics generally available?

It is in early access. We are working with a small set of robot makers, fleet operators, and healthcare and defense teams on first deployments. Email hello@seoeliteagency.com to request access.

Do I have to replace my robots or my ROS 2 stack?

No. RankShield is an attestation layer that sits above your middleware and below the actuators. It complements ROS 2, SROS2, DDS-Security, and detection tools rather than replacing your robot stack.

What does a pilot deliver?

Per-robot identity, the pre-actuation authorization gate, and verifiable action provenance on a bounded set of robots, plus a compliance-evidence report of attested identities and authorized-versus-denied actions.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is tailored to fleet size and whether you are an OEM or an operator, and quoted after a short scoping call. We do not publish a single list price because it would not fit most fleets.

How do I contact the team?

Email hello@seoeliteagency.com with your robot models, fleet size, and what the robots do, and we will schedule a scoping conversation.
